We see the best and worse

Lyra, female, Pit Bull Terrier.
Lyra was abandoned and tied out to either starve or break free. Luckily for her she had someone looking out for her, she was 1 of several dogs that had been abandoned at the location. Sadly the others had either broke free or had been shot because they broke out and killed a neighbors cat.
​Lyra is in foster and she is amazing according to her Foster mom.  Lyra is doing fantastic in the house, she will be spayed after she gets her vaccinations. She has some healing to do as you can see in these pictures where the collar had rubbed her neck so much.
